At Just Swing Golf Co., we aim to provide a great experience while keeping our scheduling fair and reliable for all customers. Please review our booking and cancellation policies below.
Deposits & Booking
A deposit is required to secure all reservations.
Simulator Rentals: 50% deposit due at booking
Bookings are not guaranteed until the deposit has been received.
Simulator Rental Cancellations
We understand that plans can change and do our best to remain flexible.
72+ hours before your reservation: Full refund or free reschedule
24–48 hours before: Deposit is non-refundable but may be applied as credit
Less than 24 hours: No refund; full booking amount may be charged
Weather Policy (Outdoor Events)
We prioritize safety and want your event to be successful.
Weather-related decisions will be mutually agreed upon at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled event.
In the case of severe weather (e.g., heavy rain, lightning, high winds, or unsafe conditions), you may:
Reschedule your event (up to 6 months from original date), or
Receive a full credit toward a future booking
If space is available, we may offer the option to move your event to our indoor simulator setup.
Cancellations due to non-severe or preferred weather conditions will follow the standard cancellation policy.
Rescheduling
One complimentary reschedule is allowed within the applicable cancellation window
Additional reschedules may be subject to a small fee of $100
Late Arrivals
Sessions begin at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will not extend the reservation.
